Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Joshua feels most at home typing away in Final Draft and sipping some hot tea from the comfort of his Los Angeles home. He specializes in half-hour comedies, feature-length dramas, and adapting existing intellectual properties. Joshua creates fully-realized worlds inhabited by characters who are imbued with distinct voices. Recently, he worked as the showrunners' assistant and a freelance writer on the Chuck Lorre primetime network sitcom United States of Al. Joshua is passionate about providing his perspective as a disabled service member to lend authenticity to the depiction of veterans on screen.
